What coordinators ask before switching
Who is a coordinator?+
Anyone who currently holds an ajo, esusu or adashe together: market leaders, office organisers, family leads, church or association treasurers. If people already bring money to you, Ajowallet is built around how you already work.
Do I personally hold members’ money in my account?+
No. Members contribute through the app into the campaign, and you initiate payouts when turns arrive. Your job is coordination and accountability, not becoming everyone’s informal bank.
Can I charge a coordination fee?+
Yes. Set a percentage or flat commission when you create the campaign, collected with each contribution or at payout. Members see it as part of the campaign terms, and your earnings are tracked for you.
How many campaigns can I run?+
Starter includes 1 campaign free. Growth supports 3 campaigns with unlimited members for ₦4,900 per month, while Pro supports 5 campaigns with unlimited members for ₦8,900 per month.
Can members still join after I start collecting?+
Members should join with the campaign code before the campaign starts and while seats remain. Fill the roster first, then begin contributions so everyone is on the same schedule.
