From signup to your first contribution
Create your member account
Sign up in the mobile app, complete your profile and set up your wallet so you are ready to contribute when payments begin.
Enter the campaign code
Your coordinator shares a code. Search it in the app, review the campaign details and join while seats are still open.
Pay contributions on schedule
Fund your wallet and pay each contribution when it is due. Reminders help you stay current without relying on group chat alone.
Collect when it is your turn
When your position arrives, the coordinator sends your payout. It arrives in your wallet with a notification so you do not have to chase anyone.

How do I join a campaign?+
Ask your coordinator for the campaign code. Open the Ajowallet app, enter the code, review the campaign details and join before contributions start.
What do I need before I can contribute?+
A member account, a funded wallet and a campaign you have successfully joined. Once payments begin, you pay each contribution from the app on the campaign schedule.
Can I belong to more than one campaign?+
Yes. Many members are in a family campaign and a workplace or market campaign at the same time. Each campaign keeps its own dues and payout order.
How do I know when I will collect?+
Payout order is set when the campaign is created and visible to members. Follow your position and plan around it. The app also notifies you when a payout arrives.
