1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account, joining or coordinating a campaign, or otherwise using Ajowallet, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into these terms.
2. What Ajowallet provides
Ajowallet provides tools for creating and joining contribution campaigns, recording contributions, managing payout order, using a wallet, and accessing related services. Features may differ by account type, plan, location, or availability.
3. Campaign responsibilities
Coordinators are responsible for setting clear campaign terms, inviting the correct members, maintaining accurate records, and managing payouts fairly. Members are responsible for reviewing campaign terms before joining and making contributions when due. Participation depends on the conduct of campaign participants; Ajowallet does not guarantee that every member will contribute on time.
4. Accounts and security
Keep your login details and transaction credentials confidential. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
5. Fees and subscriptions
Any applicable plan price, campaign commission, or transaction charge will be shown before you commit to it. Coordinator subscriptions determine campaign capacity. You are responsible for reviewing displayed fees and maintaining a valid payment method where one is required.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use Ajowallet for fraud, unlawful activity, impersonation, harassment, unauthorised access, or any activity that harms the service or another person. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate suspected misuse, comply with law, or secure the platform.
7. Service availability
We work to keep Ajowallet available and accurate, but interruptions, maintenance, or third-party service failures may occur. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
